Founded in 2013 by Myron Russell

Ads On Boards was founded by Myron Russell in 2017. Myron has an extensive hockey background as a player, coach, and rink manager. He played varsity high school hockey for the Fergus Falls Otters, and in the USHL league for the North Iowa Huskies as a defenseman and wing. He has coached Mites, Squirts, and Pee Wees.

From 1985 until roughly 2017, Myron worked as a rink manager. As Myron says, “as a rink manager, I did everything, from making ice, board maintenance, to concessions and glass cleaning and other maintenance.”

When it comes to cleaning dasher boards and glass, Myron knows how labor intensive it is, which is he created and patented a dasher board cleaning machine.
